Refund, Transfers & Credits
Reflecting best-practice clarity for students and clients, inspired by transparent models. (Much like many corporate-training and e-learning providers.)
Training / Workshops / Webinars
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Cancellations submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the start date are eligible for 50% account credit.
- Credits valid for 3 months and can be used toward any ViLabs Academy program/event.
- No credit for no-shows without prior cancellation.
- Attendee substitutions permitted (for the same organization/institution) if requested 48 hours before the event.
Digital / Printed Materials
- Digital and printed products (e-books, course materials, downloads) are non-refundable once delivered.
Transparency & Communication
- All terms clearly communicated at registration.
- Support team available for queries, payment issues, or rescheduling.
