This course trains students to leverage Applied AI for automating business workflows across marketing, HR, sales, finance, and operations. Participants will learn to write effective AI prompts, design no-code automation workflows, build task-specific AI assistants, and automate data, reporting, and content tasks using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Studio. Through hands-on projects, students will create real-world AI-powered business systems, including HR, marketing, admin, and customer support automation, culminating in a fully functional workflow presentation and certification.
